之前在都江堰住过智选，很满意，这次也选了智选假日，感觉没法比。前台接待员不走心，交了两天钱，给作了一天，老人，孩子进不去，害的我从外往回跑给老人，孩子重开房卡。会员延2.00早上跟服务台说了，不知交班时说没说，问了好几次。
