服务不热情 12点多到店 让下午2定点以后 才能办理入住 态度很生硬 要房间都清理完 全部检查完后才能办理入住 想先用一个房间 换换衣服也不可以 管理太死板教条 经过多次协商才 先检查完一个房间 办理了入住 走廊里 黑黢黢的 房间很大 设备陈旧 周围环境 像个市场 乱哄哄的

本想定红旺大酒店 误订了红旺宾馆 说是一个老板却 不给换 底下车库到走廊黑黢黢的 地毯上都是污渍 浴室毛巾 好似灰色的 不敢用 不会再来了 周边环境 也是乱哄哄的
