环境不错，但是服务表面上不错，但实际不太好，一出问题就变脸了！门禁卡不好用，晚上十点在门口等了20多分钟，来人后说门禁坏了，他们用密码解锁送我们进房间！第二天早上，我们散步回来，依然进不去房间，只能去前台找他们，门禁呼叫总台不能用，没有服务员人员，保安呼叫不到总台！我们住的是洋房，还得去大堂找个人开门，虽然只有十分钟的路程，但是心中还是挺不爽的！为什么知道门禁不好用也不告诉进门密码？你们说是为了安全，那为什么这早上去找人开门又把密码告诉我们了呢？！都挺矛盾！
