新酒店，房间很好 卫生不错，就是在开发区周围人比较少，不过鲅鱼圈也不大，去市里也方便，打车方便。

周边环境比较幽静，离山海广场很近，车程大概6-7分钟。酒店有地下停车场，大概能停二十台左右。推荐自驾入住。内部设施中规中矩，房间稍小，卫生间很大，分摊了房屋面积。早餐比较简单，种类不是很多。需要注意的是，该酒店没有午餐和晚餐，需要自己在外解决。总的来说还是物有所值。
