十一期间入住，周边城市基本无房，水涨船高，别墅式住房，房间还不错。只是早餐极差，酒店准备不足，稍晚点去基本没有吃的了。如果平常日子价格下浮40%应该可以接受。

酒店环境好，安静。虽然设备陈旧，但卫生不错。早餐中上等。总体说来，性价比价高。虽然不在营口中心市区，但距滨海公路和辽河特大桥都很近。适于自驾游过夜，下次过营口，还住这里。
