酒店的地理位置非常好，硬件设施也不错，除了前台之外，其他部门的服务都很好。前台接待员接到电话直接说“喂”？完全是没有培训过就上岗的状态。咨询其他问题也是爱搭不理的，有时还不耐烦的。其他的如早餐非常好，服务规范，到位。客房部服务员也是彬彬有礼。周围还有很多酒店，也是可以选择。去火车站和附近的沃尔玛都很方便。
