  酒店服务人员热情周到，行李员直接帮我把行李送到房间，还很热情的介绍房间的设施设备。中途客房阿姨还会送一份小水果。酒店还可以免费洗衣服，服务真的是贴心很周到。客房是智能客房电动窗帘，智能马桶。真的很不错，下次来洛阳还订她们家的，强烈推荐给你们哦。
