原本之前安排的都是大的床，昨天给的都是小床，花了更贵的钱，住了第一档的房间，前台服务中心人员还欺骗说房间没了，泡温泉的寥寥几个人。

酒店管理有问题。我们16点打电话给酒店前台，告知我们正在高速公路上，会在20点左右到达。结果20点15分到达酒店时，被告知20点没有到店因此房间被取消了。取消房间竟然没有和我联系，说是没有我电话，那么为什么不跟携程联系呢？而且之前通电话时也没有提醒我。我打携程电话也没解决，携程工作人员说只能帮我们再定附近的酒店。于是我们只有自己维权，我们10个人在大堂不走了，和前台服务员一条一条指出酒店的过错，要求经理出来解决，最终酒店给我们协调安排了房间。前台一位黑色工装的服务员值得表扬，态度还不错，一直在想办法解决。
