酒店环境、卫生、设施等等各方面没得说，就一个字，好，但我们入住当天，原来是奔着酒店的温泉而去的，因此，特地将时间安排在中午入住，本是想着好享受泡泡温泉的乐趣，可惜被告知供给温泉池的水管爆裂，不知什么时候能修好，这一等就等到了当天夜里的11点，温泉区开了一个池让我们泡，因为入住房间里也没有热水可以洗澡，感觉甚是失望，第一次经历了入住一定档次的酒店没有热水洗澡这种情况，需要指出的是，出现这样的情况，酒店方面在应对上显得很不专业，这一点希望酒店有待好好改进！

酒店豪华，服务很好，酒店门口有服务生帮提行李。房间设施齐全，有保险箱，电脑桌的台灯是感应的，用手摸就可以控制开关和亮度。浴室有浴池，大阳台有很大的圆浴缸，外面就是远山，早晨云雾缭绕。温泉池子有按摩池，鱼池，药池，酒池，茶池等。温泉离酒店有一百多米远，有电瓶车接送，但我们是开车过去的，太冷了懒得等。
