本来是一次愉快的旅行。此次带看婆婆一起出行，订的是云山复式套房，房间格局不错，感觉宽敞舒适。在那边聊边泡茶也挺惬意。温泉也不错。因为住店的原因，泡完溫泉，没有在温泉区冲澡，回到酒店冲，婆婆先去冲澡了，接下来的事情实在令人非常不愉快，婆婆洗了个污水澡，水龙头出来的都是污水。打电话给客服，也来看了，后来回复是说因为住店人太多，我们房间处于自来水的末端，让我们开着水龙头直到污水排净才能洗，我们连开水也不能烧了，跟客服讲了，送了4瓶水让我们喝，可是污水流到半夜一点，水才清澈些。战战兢兢快速冲澡才睡。而老人家太困沒法等只能去睡觉。第二天早上，老人家起大早想洗下可是出來都是凉水，也叫人來看，也沒解決问题。只能等到温泉区开放后，去那边洗个澡了事。退房时，前台也沒有说什么？当我说起污水的事，前台只是說，＂哦，水管破裂，对不起。＂和昨天说法也不一致。因为时间关系，退完房就走了。但是这个＂污水澡＂破坏了这次溫泉之旅。说实话，酒店的价格与服务不成正比，住宿最起码的淋浴问题都处理不好。真是一次＂难忘＂的旅行。
