就在西海湖边上，只是看湖就是个水塘，靠马路边，还不如靠山的好，农家三层楼的房子大小！我们本来打算住一晚靠山，一晚靠湖的，都没换了当然也没差额可退

有早餐，但是要付费，早餐还可以。适合带孩子，不过最好定靠西海的房间，全落地玻璃。我定的也是靠西海的房间，不过服务员安排了一个靠山的房间。不晓得是不是搞错了。卫生还可以。空气一流。附近没有早餐，最好在店里吃早餐。我定的没有含早餐。隔壁农家乐真的还可以。

垃圾垃圾垃圾，进去很多死苍蝇，所谓的观海房就是让你看停车场，最重要的是当天我们去了不到一个小时吧，在前台就丢了一个保温杯，然后在房间里我当时是洗了个澡，把一件T恤丢房间厕所了，之后老公受不了环境也没退房直接就走了换酒店去了，当这近300块房费打水漂吧……问题是后来我让他们把我T恤寄过来，我出邮费的那种，结果我在家等了4个月还没见到我的衣服，那的服务员到现在微信也不回了，呵呵！

真的垃圾，床单脏，墙纸破烂发霉，说的湖景房就是马路对面有个小水库，第二天晚上还停电，隔壁离家酒店都给退房了，就这家一直拖着我们不给退，几十号人在楼下喂蚊子喂了三个小时，反正以后看到凯莱斯都不会住了。
