住的是每晚338元行政房，当天上午11点就办好了入住手续，安排在七楼7056房间，看房倒挺满意的，但七楼只有热水没有冷水，服务员说马上修理，等我们晚上回来一定修好，但到我们旅游回来的晚上9点，依然没有修理好，只好换同层的房间，心想这次可以稳稳地洗个热水澡，但等我洗的时间差点把我的皮肤烫伤，让人很气愤，服务员态度倒好就是事难办，由于当天漂流全身早已湿透，就想洗个热水澡，只好呆在客房的洗澡间，折腾了尽2个小时，经请示服务员才安排到4楼的房间解决洗澡问题，我们也精疲力尽了，但心内难受呀！感到奇怪的是服务员明知有故障的房间还向外推销？可气！
