很悲催的一次入住，算是第二次入住。1.没水，酒店解释是维修，但你前台开房不知道，说明管理有问题。2.电话里是摆设，没有一个能打通的，前台，总机，商务，客房。除了KTV没拨。3.床上发现虫子，酒店解释是开窗了。可进来打空调去窗台时就发现根本没开窗，按他们逻辑应该是前几天进来的。4.奇葩的是，在拨前台免提10来分钟，一直没人接，等我下22楼，去前台交涉回到房间，多了3人，说了上述问题，她一拨前台，马上就通了。我去，搞得我差点立晕。估计气的。悲催啊。。
