1.硬件不错,软件,服务有待提高
2.退房时间很长,即使没有人排人也需要很长时间
3.外币兑换不按牌价兑换.牌价显示1万日元兑换746人民币,实际只能按1万日元700人民币兑换,理由是酒店不是马上去银行兑换,考虑到汇率变动,需要收取手续费,手续费率不明,无语.住过国内那么多酒店,不按汇率兑换外币只此一家.

该酒店其他可圈可点，例如下载网速可以达到3兆以上，卫生间很干净。只是早餐还是一如既往滴差，切片面包一股馊味儿，香肠很硬。。。总之相当滴糟糕
