一个字差，因为网上价格酒店嫌太低，酒店与艺龙根本没有沟通好，到店后竟然无法入住。被迫改订其他价格的房间，房间有线和无线网络基本慢的无法上网。

前台速度简直蜗牛，开房慢，退房慢，一直在等。房间里条件不错。就是中央空调感觉开着太暖，不开太冷。温度调节基本不管用。

办理入住顺利，和姐妹们去的，要的三人间，房间隔音效果不好或入住人员素质较低，夜里被吵醒两次，前台服务一般；早餐时间7-9点，我们是8点多去的，早餐已经凉了，也不续食物，凑合吃了点（本人外出住酒店最差的一次早餐），房间空调扇噪音较大，比较吵，可能是坏了。恐怖的事情是，遇到电梯故障，瞬间不知所措，前一晚有朋友已经掉下去一次，给酒店说了，酒店未做改进和提醒，第二天自己亲身经历，实在恐怖至极，事后，酒店未表示歉意，希望认真反省，对电梯定期进行检修，保养，虽然楼层只有6层，但请珍惜上天对你们的每一次的安全警告。避免更严重的事故发生，确保入住者们的身心安全。
