一切都很好，房间干净整洁，停车那里保安大叔也很热情 就是前台服务态度不好，我是网上预定的房间，到了前台说没有我预定的那种房间了，我说网上看到是有的 前台服务员说 你刚刚看到我在忙啊 没来得及关，这叫什么服务态度？我也是做酒店前台的 不应该用这种语言对客人说话 希望改正。

有些酒店你住的时间长了，可能会把他当做某地的一个家吧，早餐丰盛，交通方便，唯独服务员说话语气要和善下，你是服务行业不是垄断行业。

真的信誉问题，提前订好酒店，酒店业确认了，还发短信通知了。之后到了酒店说是没房了，也没看到我订单，我就呵呵了。提前定好的房说是没有了呵呵。没有信誉不知道你们酒店怎么开的下去，以后是不可能住他家酒店了，也不会推荐朋友去的，也不知道没信誉的酒店以后会做出什么事来。
