各位朋友，住店的先生女士们，大家不要来华谊酒店住宿，中央空调是坏的，大晚上冻的人要命，服务员的回答是无能为力，不要付钱了入住了后悔！住宿不是熬冻来了

酒店夏天住着还行，也是老客户了，这冬天过去冻的要死，早上六点左右过去开的房到九点实在冻的住不成，作为老顾客我都怀疑是自己空调没调对，还叫了服务员看了一次服务员说每个房子都冷高层能好一点，于是打电话到前台要求换房，前台说让自己去看哪暖换哪，我下去准备换房的时候前台说是房子乱了就不能换了，态度极其恶劣，试问一下谁去开房能让房间从头到尾都和住之前一样？酒店冷的住不成我们知道吗？房间冷是事实吧，这应该不是我们消费者的问题吧！在你们这感受到了什么叫花钱找罪找气受，因为你们的原因冻了三个多小时不让换房退房总行吧，结果最多四小时收了一天房费还受了一肚子气，表示对你们酒店很失望，以后不会在来了，酒店装修也不新了，一百四的房费性价比也不高，之前因为考虑到在附近比较方便就一直住，谁知道面对老客户都这个态度，可想而知这对别的客户什么态度，不仅人冷心更冷，介意大家都不要在去了，这个价位服务态度好的酒店比比皆是
