酒店硬件不必多说，不愧榆林国宾馆，很高大上，环境很好，够气派，房间也还大！但是作为星级酒店软件还是硬指标，我住的1907房间好大烟味，满鼻子都是烟味，舟车劳顿一天，原本想好好睡一觉，但这满屋子烟味让我浑身难受，尤其又带的孩子，打电话给前台调整无烟房间，答复说没有了，还是孩子说我们这个房间门上就有标识是无烟，可为什么还这么大烟味，大堂很清新的五星级味道，可是应该表里一致，房间内部这么难闻，给服务员说也笑笑没反映！卫生间马桶下水不畅，花洒水很小，还不如喷头大！感觉酒店应该经常承接团体会议，所以对散客也无所谓！说了这么多，只是希望看起来这么好的酒店能够越来越好！

我们自驾去的。停车很方便，酒店有自己的停车场。一入住，就送来果盘。晚上睡觉前，又送来热牛奶。很贴心。酒店富丽堂皇，大堂很气派。我们在酒店吃的晚餐，也不太贵。床是1.35米的，带个小孩挤一挤没问题。洗澡水也挺大。总之，我很满意。附近有个物美，买东西方便。
