前台收银和客房部经理**，“宰客”！两点退房，一点半服务员问住还是退，客人说退，一点五十八分开始住客大开房门再未关闭，并且三次催服务员查房，但服务员随然每次应许说好的马上来，但一直忙于打扫其它客房，直至两点五十左右最后一次催促才过去查的，客人随即下去办理退房但前台收银要扣半费，找来客房部经理也不向服务员核实情况，就一副**样要扣，直至调出监控才哑口无言给住客退了，“天辰套路深，住客需谨慎”！
