大半夜1点半给我打电话问我预订的房间还要不了，就算我不要了那也应该是当天下午6点跟我确认呀，我的预订只给我保留到下午6点，下午班不跟我确认然后夜班跟我确认呀，你们酒店前台都不用交接的吗？还有今天4点半我就要起床化妆，本来还想睡个好觉第二天美美的结婚了，然后一个电话把我吵起来，说话态度还一点都没有歉意，不觉得大半夜打扰别人很不礼貌吗？我话还没说完就把电话挂了，我不懂星级酒店的培训标准是什么？是不用培训就可以上岗吗？我希望酒店能给我一个合理的解释
