在府谷县应该算最好的酒店了，设施什么还算不错，餐厅服务人员也算客气。但是就是不明白前台服务人员为什么态度总是很差，业务也特别不熟练，整体三心二意的，每次去都能看到和客人争执，不知道这种服务人员是怎么做到不下岗的。

酒店设施比较旧了，地毯看着很脏，床上用品还比较干净。早餐品种不多，口味一般。最差的是结账时的感受，等待时间很长，个别前台服务员态度蛮横，还算错帐。不过在县里能有这要的住处也知足了

设施老化，浴室花洒水小，喷口似乎被水垢锈死无法转动条件，转换开关按下也无法转换到顶部花洒，床垫有些下沉了，等开关不好用，床头灯和浴室灯不亮，傍晚喷泉旁的广场舞非常强劲，陕北自来水硬，这是唯一一家不提供免费纯净水的酒店，早餐尚可，楼下就是河滨公园，晨练很方便。
