卫生不到位，毛巾都是毛边，看着比较恶心，水壶里还有前面客人剩下的水没有倒掉，肥皂虽然是新的，上面却粘着一根长头发……br我住的那天前台跟我说，热水多放一会就有了，结果放了一个小时也没有，问了很多次也没有跟我说实话，其实就是没有热水，我就想问一句，这样浪费国家水资源你们良心没有不安吗？你老实说一句不好意思，今天晚上可能无法提供热水，请大家谅解一下，有多困难？确实水费不是你个人承担，国家资源你一个前台有什么资格让人一直空放着？br再就是，没有提前打电话给我确认来不来，就把我的房间取消了，害得我大半夜到处找房子，醉了，从来没有遇到过这么不负责任的酒店。br同程更是奇葩，打电话过去希望协调一下，客服开口就是这个我们没有一点责任，你全责！也是够了，每次出行前同程还给我打电话让我用这个平台预订，结果呢，出了事直接说自己没责任，太无耻了。

酒店在西沙，性价比很高，有小冰箱，应该有30平，挺宽敞的，卫生也不错，就在街道旁边，确实不错。两点不足，一是停车比较紧张，二是房间放个共享充电器，充1小时1元，挺贵的。
