订单上面写着含礼包的，就是一箱鸡蛋，但是退房的时候服务员没有给我，解析说我这个是抢购的单这个房型是没有的，只有订没有池的双床房才有，如果是这样麻烦订单上不要写含礼包这样欺骗客人，感觉服务员在说慌，其它酒店的性价比还是挺高的，装修很新房间干净便宜

酒店挺新，齋菜也挺好吃，我入住2房一廳別墅，小朋友十分喜歡。就是晚上10點後限水有點不方便，附近沒什麼地方行。想好好享受寧靜也不錯

服务素质配不上价钱。细节没抓好，前台等待过长，大白天只有一个人，餐厅服务员戴搞卫生用的手套收拾等行为，本人觉得有恶心感。外表不错的酒店不应该软件上出问题。

整体感觉很不错，总台服务很好，耐心、及时。卫生很好，早午餐都不错??就是电视的讯号太麻烦，一停机就找不到信号，虽然服务员很及时赶到并解决。总体感觉还很好??
