再也不会定了，也会告知周围朋友不会再定，真的太失望了。台风大风大雨无法入住，刚下单半小时内告知退订都不可以，同程客服处理也是非常敷衍，以后再也不会使用这个平台，多次和酒店工作人员沟通也无法通融，山竹台风如此恶劣天气都没法处理 无法想象到平时的态度，建议大家不要再定了。再有同样情况在其他平台都能处理的很好，第一次用同程就如此失望 以后不会再用
