每次落云浮都系选这家酒店，像常住的家一样，舒服干净卫生，床垫软软的，很舒服。喜欢电视有许多免费电影，让人好好的享受。

这次住完以后再也不来这家酒店住了，第一次因为衣服在这家酒店房间里不见了，说好了赔，结果她们又不认了，这也就算了，但是这一次，因为我上次来多订了一天的房间说好了，下次你来住就少收一天的钱，结果这次来，又不认了，这样的酒店有什么诚信可言，不说什么在你这酒店我来住快两年了，这些事情处理成这样，也不值得再来消费

2016年住過行政套房覺得頗滿意，今次在網上預訂時再也找不到行政套房都算了，辦理入住手續時竟然要我夫婦站著被前台逐一拍照存檔，感覺莫名其妙而且擔心相片用途，但是在網上預了而且房間是不能退，只好就範，住一天就退房轉到其他酒店。其他酒店並沒有這要求，分明不是國家規定而是個別酒店規矩，有意入住的朋友請考慮私隱方面問題。
房間空調開了幾個鐘都不冷，調到5度，室溫還是27度，廁所抽氣扇壞了，天花也發霉，被單有點色点点，自助早餐食物種類不多，味道也不好，不會再入住。

总体来说还可以，不过还是有些小瑕疵，早餐九点多就已经基本没有什么吃的东西了，看来管理者格局不高啊！为了省下点早餐成本，就只好牺牲一些客人的满意度了。
