想在此表扬26号早上值班的美婵小姐，人美心也美，工作细心，能为客人着想，不像某些工作人员对客人能推托就推托，不愿稍微麻烦些来帮助客人。该员工才是企业有价值的员工，象之前遇到的服务员能让人产生不要再光顾的想法，希望酒店负责人在招聘甄选方面下大功夫，让酒店服务意识再上一台阶，才不会辜负老板对你的期望。
