这家酒店真心不知道该如何评价，常年出差在外，这是最差的一次体验没有之一。地毯上满是头发和瓜子壳，跟前台反应了，来了个貌似经理的来跟我解释说新员工，做的不够仔细。一家云和县城最好的一家酒店，这个解释合理吗？

前台服务质量不行，早上退房正值交接班，这乱的不行，人多速度慢，还有好几个小姐姐纹身，我不知道是不是云和城区最好的酒店，但是确实差强人意
