酒店设施还可以，本来还算顺利，后来艺龙返利忘记领取就赶往三清景区了，后联系前台，委托领取，打了三次电话，说不会操作，问询财务，一直也没结果，后让我联系财务，沟通几次，将帐号密码给财务后，说有空帮我操作，我也没办法要求，毕竟是让别人帮忙，下午三点反馈我登陆不进去……其实整件事情也不是说酒店方面有什么责任，就是有点失望，仅此而已。
