第二次订，等我们老远跑到了，告诉我没有单间，给你标间。为什么不打电话通知，到了也不是跟我们商量，自己就决定了。也是很搞笑，让我们自己找网站退，有本事自己取消呀。如果不是网站会赔付房费，绝对投诉。
