连住了十天,客房搞卫生很马虎,甚至有一天晚上八点了才敲门问要不要搞卫生,由于2楼房间没电视网络,换上五楼,客人提着大包小包行李,服务员跟着也不帮忙,态度十分差,前台和餐厅服务员态度好
