  这次入住，水电很糟心，但是给我们换了房间，尤其表扬一下服务小哥，相当不错，我们是泳池别墅烧烤，差着的东西，小哥分分钟送来

  这家酒店服务很热情，先给老板点个赞。 退房的时候由于我们行李较多还亲自送我们到停车场，很好哦，谢谢。 酒店周边环境非常不错，对面有个月亮湾湿地公园，公园内有白沙滩，沙子很细腻，虽然比不了北海的沙滩，但在这高原湖泊也是难得的，漫步在湖边感觉非常好，圈起裤脚下到湖里，湖水很清澈，唯一就是这段时间湖水有点凉，但还能接受，政府还修了一条环湖栈道，漫步一段，呼气着清新的空气，舒服啊。 这里交通很便利，进入高德导航查询月亮湾湿地公园就可以，全程高速。我们住的是带泳池的二卧室别墅，房间很干净温馨，特别是一进门的时候，宽敞的客厅里面放着茶具，感觉就像在欢迎我。躺在泳池边的藤椅上直接可以鸟瞰抚仙湖，特别是傍晚太阳刚落的时候，夕阳红映射湖面，特别的美，开一瓶红酒慢慢品着，以美丽的抚仙湖为佐餐，哎，真是惬意啊。 特别是床非常舒服，躺下去感觉很好（呵呵，别乱想啊），床垫应该是按照五星酒店配备的那种。平板下载部电影速度也很快，应该是百兆光纤吧，不过这方面我也不懂，瞎猜的。牙刷很好用，这么好的牙刷，老板你还是很用心（现在全社会在倡导环保杜绝一次性用品，看来以后只能自己带啦）。其它没用过的全部都被我带走啦（老板可不要小气啊 呵呵）。 这个酒店真的不错，值得推荐。服务好！人热情！环境好！风景美！老板，下来还住你家，记得要给我打折哦。唯一遗憾的就是手机回来的时候掉水里，我们拍了好多美图不能分享啦！

  五一出行，房价2180，加床和清洁费加上2430。 前台小伙一直高能：问他泳池水脏能不能换？答加钱800换；问泳池漂着苍蝇，答露天怎么可能没苍蝇；问小泡池能不能用，答加钱350；问电磁炉怎么用，答坏了；然后跟我强调，酒店是平民消费，一间只赚200！原来2500的酒店就是这样！ 到了晚上18：40想加被子，他说家里有事一会儿来，过了一小时说在套被套，又过一小时说没干净被子了… 这个别墅原本是城投管理，现在是个人经营，风景很好，但设施坏得多，如果不喜欢服务行业可以转行，何必为难自己为难客人？打的两分送给保洁的阿姨，非常客气，睡了还赶来给我们送被子，谢谢。
