一栋楼18家酒店！不要被商家图片迷惑！18家酒店都是用这两栋楼做宣传！犹如大市场！电梯每层楼都要停，等个十分钟是起步价！房间设施就不说了！自己明白！家庭入驻洗澡是个大问题！要快，飞快！不然电热水器不够烧！

酒店服务很好，在同程预定二晚但由于行程变更提前走，致电同程客户告知不能退订，但与酒店协商同意退他们收到网站的房费。酒店这个服务好，但对同程很失望，以后不会再在同程上预订了

几年前曾入住此位置的酒店，那时是叫悦椿，现在的酒店相同的位置但服务大不如前，房间的电话是坏的，说了好几次，直到退房了也没来修，住的第二天打扫房间后连矿泉水也不补充。最离谱的是酒店走廊的一个门框掉了，上面的钉子全露出来了，第一天路过的时候就被钉子挂破了一件新衣服，反映给物管，但根本就不解决问题，一味敷衍，只是去把钉子敲平了，试想如果是一个小孩子被挂伤了脸，会有什么样的后果。如果不衣服被挂破了，安全隐患有多大？反正以后再也不会住这里的酒店了，设施陈旧，管理混乱，信价比低。

早餐太一般了，虽然是自助，品种不算多。高峰期等电梯确实是件痛苦的事情。停车后搬行李也老火。环境可以，要不五六百的房价太不值了。
