前台服务员不熟悉酒店情况，对客人提出的疑问胡乱解释，其实就只问了2个问题，1.能否换成不靠临街的房间，回答“不靠临街房间都是标间（因为我订的是大床房）”，结果，第二天早晨对面房间退房，服务员清理房间时，发现也是大床房，晕！2.能否提供充点卡，回答：没有充点卡，可以插张硬纸保持房间有电。结果，我插了张会员卡，没用。这才反应过来，现在好点的酒店谁还在老式插卡取电装置。有种被人当成傻子的感觉……。所以服务打了不及格。
