特**冒火的一次住酒店，四星级的酒店，开了五个小时的空调，室内温度还是26度，睡觉被热醒了。呼叫总台拿一个工程部的人，过来忽悠一下客人。最奇葩的根本不是四星级酒店。

很不错的酒店，五一房价提高，礼品房送一箱米粉，因为我行李较多，便与酒店协商可否更换其他礼品，答复是不能！无奈带了一些扔了一些。不知酒店考虑过携带的问题否？虽是好意却没有得到愉快的结果。希望管理更加人性化！

这种山区城市这种价格在五一节可以说是物超所值，住的总体不错就是吃的比较一般，与四星级酒店比较不能匹配。另外小孩一米以上必须都得另外交费也是比较不符合高星级酒店做法。
