酒店设备比较陈旧，但是比较贴心，所有卫生用品包括拖鞋都是消毒好封装好的，床头有数据线(安卓iphone均可)可直接充电，有电热毯，坐便上有智能更换塑料的坐便垫，很干净，入住当天觉得冷，服务员还送了两条毛毯来，准备的很充分，唯一缺点就是没有电梯，所以不大适合带孩子老人，一堆东西入住，适合商务或者年轻朋友轻装出行入住。

系昭通市委、政府宾馆对外营业，与昭通市委政府一墙之隔。从大门进去，四面四栋楼组成四合大院，院中面积很大，昨晚开车进入时密密停满了车，看来均为网上旅客到来。订的标间，在6号楼，房间不错，卫生间很大，估计有10多个平方米，与卧室大小相当。抽水马桶有特色，能电动换塑料垫套。在这里，也第一次看到宾馆将毛巾、浴巾、拖鞋、水杯用消毒纸袋密封，也为其特色。适合带孩子。订单提供早餐，有稀粥、米线、馒头、煮鸡蛋、炒时蔬、咸菜，按需自取，就餐人多，看来人们对此满意。
