退房还要问电视机遥控器放在哪，搞得好像我们偷了一样，毛巾小孩擦了下果汁要我们赔20元，后来又说可以洗掉不用赔了。麻烦以后挂斤牌子＂我家毛巾不能有一点污汁，要不然要赔偿的＂。

酒店位置及房间配套很棒了，临河，但是也有几点认为待改进的地方，1停车位置没有，只能去附近停车场，放下行李走几步也无所谓了，2卫生间的设计就不是太方便，洗个澡，衣服脱光，发现洗簌用品都是放房间里的，还是就是没有塑料拖鞋，又没干湿分离，整个卫生间全是水，布拖鞋都湿透了，3房间大门有部分玻璃，晚上睡觉外面走廊灯会透进来…4房间里没有电话，叫服务员要不是下楼要不就是靠吼，有点不方便…总体还不错吧，看自己喜欢

客栈房间布置的很雅，干净整洁，窗外就是美丽舞阳河，我们入住时刚好是端午节之前一个周未，坐在窗前看到了很多的龙舟比赛前的练习。客栈比较靠近新大桥这一边，街对面十来步就是有名的古镇复兴巷进口，虽然没有提供早餐，可是出门就有好几家不错的早餐小店，去有名的“袁家嫩豆腐“也就走路几分钟。客栈的服务热情周到，还帮助提行李到房间，唯一美中不足的卫生间干湿区不分，洗澡后用卫生间不太方便。不过在古镇的条件有限，所以这一点只能算是一点缺陷，如果再回镇远，还是选择静水谣客栈。

硬件：进入客栈眼前一亮，装修很有民族特色又不失格调，房间干净整洁，看得出是用心经营；
服务：前台的两个姑娘服务热情，有问必答，还主动帮忙拎箱子上楼，必须点赞！
位置：在古镇里，舞阳河边，到各处都很近，四百米外有收费停车场，比较方便；
总之很棒的一次入住体验
