入住过很多酒店、这是我有史以来住过最差的酒店、这家酒店离郑州机场6公里、我和父母还有小孩晚上下完飞机开车到的这家酒店、导航竟然导不到酒店门口、打电话问服务员、服务员说了一个商场才找到、让我开车到负二层B区坐电梯上一层、我们带了四个行李箱、好不容易找到电梯、竟然电梯是关闭的、打电话问前台、前台说让我们到A区坐电梯、拖着行李到达A区、A区电梯也是不通、实在没有办法打给前台问她如何走楼梯到达一楼、我们带了四个行李箱抱着三岁的孩子实在没办法、问酒店可否找个保安或者礼宾下来帮我们拿一下行李、酒店回复说我们酒店前台只有两位帮助不了、我们只好自己靠自己到达酒店前台、到了之后态度十分差、找不到酒店和电梯不通、和他们酒店毫无关系。喜鹊愉家是一家连锁酒店、第一：上岗人员最起码有一个培训在上岗、因为态度十分不好。第二：一家连锁酒店最起码要配备保安和礼宾、因为酒店保安和礼宾都没有如何保证客人的安全和服务。第三：酒店道路不通最起码客人打电话过问要告知、因为酒店门口和订单都没有通知。作为一家连锁酒店如何发展我个人表示质疑、作为服务行业不是服务员工的不专业不作为、而是服务客人的。2019年2月20日。
