酒店和携程的沟通有问题。我们到达酒店被告知没有预定，我把订单和手机短信都提供了，酒店还是不认可，最后与携程联系后才确认。而且入住当天只有热水没有冷水，无法洗澡，一直到半夜才有冷水。

还不错，酒店离沙坡头景区不远，下了高速到酒店也很方便，门口有专门的人负责看车。家庭出游，因为标准间没房了，一次订了8个单间，除了热水不给力，房间小以外，其他都不错。总体性价比很高。

典型的黑店，网上订票不给开发票，要开就收30元税钱，房间设施好也就罢了，无线网没有，下水道不通，房间卫生一塌糊涂，服务员态度还十分恶劣，扬言你高兴去哪投诉你去哪，你特么的怎么这么牛逼！差~太差
