位置好，火车站步行到酒店最多五分钟！
本来不想说，但出门还是请住客参考，酒店改进。
第一天钟点房，很好。
于是第二天又定一晚标间，但也就是带孩子休息到晚上十点多坐火车！
但是，这四楼空调更适合蚊虫，服务员很好，给来调了N次，说室外温度高，空调制冷慢，给把所有窗户关住，空调调到18度，俩小时后，屋子至少还是29度，孩子在酒店叮三大包！换一间照旧！再让换前台说没房，可是我没见酒店火到间间爆满！最后很不满意的说了两句，三分钟后，前台电话说有退房了，我心里就呵呵了！一共在空调下俩小时！
酒店连沐浴露，洗发露这些基础设施都没有！空瓶！
拎包走人！只此一次！

酒店设施很旧，进去门都是坏的，床上睡了浑身发痒，还好只是为了赶火车临时落脚，不然我会立马退房

房间整洁，干净。态度很好，晚上十二点到的中卫火车站，有接车服务。客服服务很好，提前一天打电话询问客人需求，唯一不足就是水不热，插座没有电😂

和老婆放假去旅游，在网上定的房间，到了酒店晚上11点半了，本来很累但因为酒店服务接待人员的细心接待让我感觉到心情非常舒畅。酒店的位置非常好，下火车3分钟就可以到，内部设施虽然有的有点旧，但卫生条件很好。更让我感到高兴的是酒店的包车旅游，我包车一天花了60块，真的只有60哦，而且是全新的丰田轿车哦，司机师傅也非常的好，一路上为我们介绍景点。我和老婆去玩的景点是腾格里沙漠，在那里全套票200，很实惠的哦。要比沙坡头玩的更爽快，如果有去宁夏玩的我强力推荐去这家酒店。
