酒店人员服务极端恶劣，携程头天预订成功140的房间，当天早上带孩子到的酒店，一个看似经理的人和二个前台说着不标准的普通话，眼不是眼，鼻子不是鼻子的告知没有收到任何预定，也没有在携程上挂酒店的信息，我们这都是团体没房，好像她们是五星级酒店一样，不知道是软件好还是硬件过硬有这么多人住，后来打电话给携程，酒店说只有188的，携程协商后帮助解决了，入住发现根本没几个人，就是为了加价，真是丑人多作怪，没那个鞋拔子还愣要穿那双鞋，这是让人汗颜。只感谢携程网优质服务，既然酒店都没跟携程签协议，携程还是不要和他再合作了，白白损坏了你们的信誉。

房间还好，就是服务员的态度特别差。刚开始以为只是个别服务员态度不好，住了几天之后发现几乎所有服务员都拉长着一张脸，感觉别人欠她钱似的，后来接触到大堂经理，居然大堂经理也是同样一副面孔。经常出差住店，这还是头一次遇到服务态度如此差的店。
