Did the prepay offer online but no one seemed to understand the offer or what I was talking about, kept being told to pay again so had to call Ctrip who sorted everything. Overall was good, room was pleasant, just confused they didn't have a record of money paid or had any idea what the offer was.

家里人国庆一起来旅游，提前预订的，酒店还打电话询问到店时间，一到地方就办手续入住，离景点也不太远，很方便。

晚上8点才到酒店，因为是坐火车从银川赶过来的，但是酒店依旧给留房了，赶上十一旺季，能够信守承诺，很赞，房间面积不是太大，干净卫生没问题，位置很好，吃饭太方便了，到了前台服务员的态度也是相当好，从火车站走过来的，大约十分钟。在艺龙上面的价格比散客预定实惠多了，谢谢艺龙网，让我每个节假日玩的很放心
