服务还是不错的，本来预定下午六点能到，结果九点才到，酒店一直留着房间。位置也还不错，好找吃饭也方便，并送了酸奶，但洗澡水太冷，卫生间干湿不分区，这点真心不爽，条件比商务稍好一点，旅游区嘛，也难免价格高而条件一般。

还行吧，唯一不舒服是一家三口玩了一天沙子，回来洗澡，洗到第三个洗了一半，**变冷水了，一问说是热水器，得等它烧，晕死。
其余还行吧，毕竟也不便宜。

第一次来银川旅游，选了中卫比较好点的酒店，结果晚上给孩子洗澡，洗了一半就成凉水了，打电话给前台只说去看看，就没信了。我和老公都没洗。先不说房间干净不干净，总得让我洗澡吧！就是小旅馆也有热水吧，何况是四百多的酒店！太糟心了，去过好多城市旅游，都没遇见过这种事！
