非常差的一次体验，第一天到达的时候，安排的房型错了，少了一张床，我们指出后，换了另一层的亲子房，结果房间里面没有冰箱，后来一再打电话反映，搬来了一个，摆在了地上。卫生间洗澡，是那种站在浴缸里洗的，结果浴缸的地漏下水不畅，一边洗，还一边漏水，漏的一卫生间全是水。没有办法，只能把浴巾铺在地上，结果结账时，还要招我要污染费。总之，完全对不起挂牌四星的标准。餐厅的早餐连三星的标准都没达到，7点到9点用餐，8点去的时候就已经没什么东西了。
