前台那个女的太可恶了 刚进店我说预定好了房间 前台人员非说没有我的订单 我让前台查一下 人家还不查 说他们查不到 说让我自己联系艺龙客服 无奈只能打电话给艺龙客服 艺龙客服态度倒不错 后台直接找酒店经理 解决了这件事情 环境还行 就是没有热水啊 热水太小了

房间还算干净，隔音不太好（特别是楼上有人用卫生间的话流水声特别大）。酒店设施也一般吧，枕头都是破的，想多要一个枕头都不给。

花了188开了个双人间，挺高档的，卫生可以，很干净。离中卫火车站3公里这样，打的5块到。附近没什么吃的。
