因为有亲子房选了这家酒店，预定完第三天通知我说要涨价，我接受了，因为火车晚上11到，我要求房间保留至12点，在我入住当天下午酒店又要求我六点前到店，我说我晚上11点下火车肯定入住，前台小姐说那不管只能保留到6点，无奈我只能给艺龙打电话，做了担保。酒店设施陈旧，挂牌三星，说实话还不如经济型连锁酒店服务好，空调漏水，打电话给前台已经无人接听，连值班服务员都没有……
