小许小雷服务很好也很热情，房间乾净舒适，五楼有健身房也有泳池，设施设备都保养的很好，早餐也是很多选择很不错的。

出差广州，选择了广州南湖假日酒店，能深深感受到酒店上下工作人员的高水准的服务水平，酒店离地铁口两公里的样子，附近有个商场购物吃饭啥的都挺便利的，前台的Michael和Steve的很不错耶[强]

前台服务印象深刻，小帅哥Jeff笑容满面有礼貌，也谢谢Ellie姐姐给我提供的帮助。总体体验还是很不错的，只是很不懂为什么要关掉三楼中餐厅的早茶，希望酒店管理层好好考虑下吧。

点评都是实话实説，不要强迫我写五星好评。
酒店有些年头了，6年前的设备，你想想，用久了有磨损了，洗手枱有水龙头旧了，还有一些污垢。
不过，服务员倒是很热情，态度不错，周边不太方便，吃饭、买东西不方便，没看见24小时便利店。
优点：洲际旗下品牌连锁，管理相对规范。
缺点：1、跟新开业的酒店比，设施老了点。
2、给我分了个连通房，挂衣柜后面凸出来一 堵墙，不喜欢。

The staff was great always smiling, at the reception they were very professional and polite. I stayed at the location for 18 days for my business trip and it felt like home. The cleanliness is also on point.

房间又大又乾净，阳台很大，床品很舒服，设备齐全。入住这房还送了很多瓶饮料，环境不错，外出交通方便，服务很好，热情有礼，十分满意！
