多次入住啦，总体服务还是棒棒滴，前台每次都记得我的喜好而安排好房间，特别是Michael和Jasper，每次入住都给予好多帮助，酒店的机器人十分给力，点的外卖直接送到房间。客房打扫得很好，乾净又衞生，明亮又宽敞，整洁又舒服！！！五星好评！！！

酒店环境很好，前台Milano和Jeff服务很好，给我们安排了高楼层的房间，景观很好，房间衞生很乾净，床也很舒适，整体体验非常好。下次还会来入住，值得推荐。

国庆假期期间第一次入住南湖假日酒店，感觉酒店的整体呈现的服务水平不会因为繁忙的假期而下降，反而让我有种回家的感觉。感谢入住时Michael和Jasper的房间安排并升级。外卖有机器人直接送到房间也是十分便利滴。酒店有乾净整洁的泳池健身房。如果房间电视能够投屏就更好啦[笑脸][笑脸][笑脸]

非常感谢前台处宾客服务经理向小姐，这两天跟朋友回想起在广州的时间，才想起来答应向小姐的点评，事情是这样的来入住时外面下了一天的雨，本来就有点不舒服咳嗽，路上又下雨湿哒哒的导致到酒店了手上包上都是积水，一进到酒店就是向小姐为我们办理入住，办入住时向小姐看到我们手上都是水马上就拿了纸巾给我们，让我们可以先擦一擦，很简单很小的一个动作，可能是她已经习以为常的习惯能关照到别人的状况，但是于我而言非常暖心，其实説实话很少能有前台服务员能注意到这些细节并真的提供帮助，大家都是循规蹈矩的做着自己的工作，不想在多管其他事情，入住中间可能是向小姐有听到我和朋友在谈论一会上房间之后想去找点热的东西喝暖一暖，广州的天气实在太变化多端了，让人着实难以捉摸呀真是，上房间大概十分钟之后向小姐再次打了电话説为我们准备了两杯热牛奶问现在方不方便送来房间给我们，真的太贴心了，此情此景一杯简单的牛奶足以治癒我哈哈哈哈，重要的不是牛奶，而是出门在外住个酒店互不相识还能遇到关心我的人，很不容易啊，可能酒店的服务人员们大家都是这么自然而然的为客人服务，为客人着想吧，看来这家酒店的一切的管理都是教导大家在这么做，这么暖心的体验当然要表扬一下，总而言之这次入住旅途很满意，为向小姐的服务点赞??

The Holiday Inn is a wonderful hotel. The staff here were very professional. Always helpful when needed. The room is spacious and comfortable. It has everything for you to feel right at home. The two restaurants are delicious. You should try them or go down the street to try street food. A wonderful stay. Thank you.

We stayed for 6 days and we loved it. It is an excellent place with very cooperative staff, nice and cozy rooms, awesome dining with lots of good food, nice lobby and patio, excellent swimming pool and gym with modern equipment, etc. The staff knows good English which is very important to foreigners.
There is a family mart, pizza shop and a very nice and small park adjacent to the hotel.
10 out of 10!!

"I'm blown away by this hotel! The view from my room is breathtaking. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay truly unforgettable. To top it off, the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience!"
