酒店大堂高大上，房间干净整齐，最喜欢的就是洗手台有液晶电视，可以一边泡澡，一边看电视，电动的浴帘也是很有创意，总体来说非常满意，价钱也不高，基本可以接受！

我很少写点评，索菲特我真的忍不住写了，首先艺龙摆了个乌龙，酒店没查到我的订单，破国际部的电话一直没人接，我在大堂干等了一个小时，带着孩子和妈妈，可以想象有多尴尬.酒店方便也没有很积极帮我处理，就说预订部查不到，我问能不能酒店去联系一下艺龙，你们肯定有内部电话，答曰：不行.然后艺龙帮我搞定了，下午三点已经排了一条队，好多人在等了，依然只有两个，后来三个人在办理入住。第一印象就很差，住过这么多五星级，他的大堂是感觉最Low的。进到房间，设施一般，门把手开始脱色，浴室地板开始掉漆，桌子没擦干净，毛巾摆放是歪的，婴儿床不够用给了个一压就塌的，总之，我不会再来，我住的是58平米的房间，1000多一晚不含早餐，各方面跟不上。性价比极低
