酒店挺不错的，员工都很有礼貌。离林和西地铁站还是有些距离的，大热天走过去有点累。广州的出租车还是不咋地，在酒店大堂外打车不敢拒载，出去遇到的都拒载，所以如果不是商旅出行可以报销，像我这样带孩子去玩的，还是要考虑清楚酒店的地段。总得来说还是住得很满意，必须好评！

预定成功后一小时到达酒店，前台反复强调我定的普通房型已经关闭预定了，目前只有所谓的豪华房型，我说那艺龙给我发短信说预定成功并且已生成订单号，然后被告知需要我自己和艺龙联系，过了几分钟又说看到了订单，对我表示我定的普通房型房源分配比较为难，向我推荐加钱升级房型。多加点钱无所谓，我作为客人，体验不好，其一、我的订单你们没有收到需要我自己跟艺龙沟通？其二、反复询问我是定的是不是普通房型，并明确表示普通房型客满，几分钟后又告知有房。请问订普通房型的客人是二等客人？需要在前台反复强调这个普通性？一会儿有房一会儿没房的，这么大酒店前台这点起码得专业水平都没有？
