这次来丽江选择了这家酒店，整体感觉挺满意的。位置很好找，走到古城大概十分钟，楼下就是夜市和饭店，解决吃饭问题很方便。酒店的屋顶观景台是个亮点，遮挡不多，运气好的话早起能看到日照金山。
服务方面值得点赞，前台很热情，帮忙洗烘了衣服，走的时候还送了伴手礼。房间里配了加湿器，衞生也做得很到位。早餐种类丰富，特别是那碗土鸡米线很有特色。
唯一的遗憾是因为高楼层在加装窗户，这次被分到了低楼层。由于靠近楼下夜市，晚上环境会稍微有些吵。不过瑕不掩瑜，整体还是推荐的。

这次去云南的昆明大理和丽江，不得不説，丽江酒店的服务是最好的，前台处的水果茶点不断 而且都是免费的，让客人回来第一时间解渴解暑
房间很宽敞，床也软硬适中，所有设施都比较新
这次我们三组家庭有老有小住的都非常愉快
服务也是很贴心，退房时还让我们品嚐了冷泡茶
房，有机会再去我们还会订这个酒店的

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Lijiang Ancient Town
I stayed at Kasion Pugis Hotel (Waterwheel Branch) for 3 nights from 29 May to 1 June 2026 and had an excellent experience throughout my stay.
Prior to our arrival, the hotel staff thoughtfully prepared an anniversary bed decoration in our room. It was a pleasant surprise and a wonderful gesture that made our stay feel extra special from the moment we checked in.
We booked the Sanyanjing Miju Double Bed Room. While the room was relatively compact, it is one of the smaller room categories within the property. Despite its size, the room was modern, well-designed and utilised the available space efficiently. One feature that stood out was the level of automation, including automated day and night curtains and a voice assistant that could control the lights and other room functions. These thoughtful touches added both convenience and comfort to the overall experience.
The hotel’s greatest advantage is undoubtedly its location. Situated right in the heart of Lijiang Ancient Town, guests are surrounded by countless shops, restaurants, cafés and attractions just steps from the hotel. It is an ideal choice for travellers who want to maximise their time exploring the ancient town without having to worry about transportation.
The hotel also offers complimentary self-service laundry facilities, which were greatly appreciated during our trip. Breakfast featured a good selection of both Asian and Western dishes, providing sufficient variety each morning.
Another highlight was the viewing deck on Level 8. It offers a peaceful retreat away from the crowds and, on a clear day, provides beautiful views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the distance.
Overall, Kasion Pugis Hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of location, comfort, facilities and service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a modern and convenient stay within Lijiang Ancient Town, and I would gladly stay here again on a future visit.

酒店前台的工作人员都特别温柔贴心～入住时看到我拎着行李，前台姐姐立马主动上前帮忙；离店时还赠送了小礼品。因为我们航班是晚上八点多，沟通后允许我们多停留了好几个小时，就像住在家里一样温暖舒心。

真是很少写评论，一直住连锁酒店的，因为离古城可以步行的距离，就冲着排名第一来试一试。住起来确实很抓狂，真是没这么踩雷过。由于从雨崩徒步几天下来，办理入住的时候就告知要安静的可以睡懒觉的房间，服务确实不错，本来是大床房帮我安排了一个亲子安静房，这点确实很不错。进房就闻到一股风油精味道，我也没太在意，因为太累了，就想着抓狂洗漱了去古城溜达一圈回来休息。糟糕透顶的马桶??一坐上去，自动冲水就飞到了屁股上，以为自己屁股位置没坐好，又适当调整了一下，结果只要一冲水，必把水飞到屁股上。洗手盆的水空调马力真是旺盛，开关不开完就没有热水，开完那个水就马力十足，洗东西必把水飞衣服上。洗浴间花洒也是，固定不住，水力十足，你们懂那种花洒位置由水力控制的感觉吗？
以上这些我觉得都能忍受，直到晚上回来睡觉的时候那才是崩溃??，枕头像和头有仇一样，打滑，一晚上都在把枕头往头下拉，枕头的图片可以看出填充物没有弹性和头部包裹感。床垫像死棉花一样，本来疲惫的困的很，确实弄的没怎么睡，设备太糟糕了，其他花架子装饰真的显得很苍白！还是睡懒觉，结果是7点就抓紧爬起来换酒店。还有一个最恶心的，就是无线网络必须添加携程客服微信，也是住这么酒店没遇到过的。所以连锁酒店还真是踩雷更少。
